1 Last updated 08.31.2022 NATIONWIDE VEHICLE RENTAL NON-MANDATORY FOR STATE AGENCIES AVAILABLE TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS NASPO ValuePoint leverages the buying power of 50 states to offer exceptional pricing for participating states and their political subdivisions. Alaska is an active member of NASPO ValuePoint. In order to use a NASPO ValuePoint contract, the state must sign a Participating Addendum (PA). On behalf of the member states of ValuePoint, this contract offers nationwide and international car rental services, including but not limited to online booking through a Travel Management Contractor, internet- based booking, and agent assisted services, related fulfillment services. The purpose of this contract is to have nationwide car rental services providers with the ability to provide domestic (North America) and international car rental services for public employees, and other authorized users on official business within state departments, institutions, agencies, and

political subdivisions and other eligible entities (i.e. colleges, school districts, counties, cities, some nonprofit organizations, etc.) for all states, the District of Columbia, and territories of the United States.
