RFP# R24-01 Consulting Services - Island Rail Corridor Planning Project Description :The CVRD requests proposals from qualified firms/consultants to provide professional consulting services to engage in short and long term planning for the Island Rail Corridor, in collaboration with First Nations and local governments impacted and/or bisected by the Island Rail Corridor. The successful Consultant (the “Consultant”) is expected to have proven expertise in First Nations engagement, facilitation, project management, transportation planning, economic analysis, research, community and stakeholder engagement, as well as demonstrated programming and work planning expertise within a limited term.
