The Facility is available for immediate occupancy. The estimated revenue generated from this project is $901,355/year, or $4,506,775 during a five-year term. The expected contract duration is five years. The contract type is attached as Exhibit 3 Sample Contract/Agreement to this solicitation. Proposers are directed to Section 3.3.
