The County seeks to award one (1) Contractor to perform all the Services on an annual-basis listed herein. Furthermore, the County seeks to begin Services July 1, 2024. The County will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written Addendum and publicly posted on the County website and send such to its Bidder’s List. County Recycling Center located at 1008 Chestnut St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501. County staff will discuss the scope of work and show videos of the compactor sites and the County landfill. Staff will be able to address questions at that time. Only those Bidders who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid will be allowed to Bid. Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids for the provision of Services in the County’s Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4 th) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Bidders must submit three (3) hard paper copies of their bid along with all completed mandatory documents, signed Addendums, and affidavits and also included on one (1) USB Flash Drive with all documents. Failure to return all mandatory documents may result in the bid being disqualified. Failing to submit the Mandatory Cost Proposal Worksheet will disqualify bids. Public Bid Opening: At the place, date and time notated above, the Issuing Officer will open each sealed bid in the Finance Training Room located on the 4 th Floor of the Hall County Government Center. Bidders are not required to attend but may do so. All bid quotes will be read aloud at that time.
