Bid Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Digital Services on behalf of the Department of Public Safety Vermont Forensic Laboratory (VFL) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide hardware, software, installation, configuration, support and maintenance, training, monitoring, support, backup and recovery, change management, technology updates and upgrades and other professional services for a Cloud hosted Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
