Proposal Packets are available at the Town Office or via email. This is an invitation to submit a proposal for the replacement of the roofing and siding on the Town of Peru Historical Society Building located at 85 Peru Center Rd, Peru, ME Specific details for completion of this project are included in the proposal packet. A full exterior inspection of the building can be completed anytime of your convenience. Please submit sealed proposals clearly labeled "Historical Society Project 2024 Proposal" to be received at the Town Office no later than 5:00 pm on Monday April 22nd, 2024 via in-person drop off or mail. Fax or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Board of Selectmen will open sealed proposals in a public meeting at the Town Office on Monday, April 22nd, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The Town of Peru reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and intends to award the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible contractor based on qualifications and experience.
