URL: Addendum: Addendum No. 1 to the Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP), Solicitation No. 582-23-44687-VW, serves to correct the eligibility criteria for the Class 4-8 School Bus, Shuttle Bus, and Transit Bus project category. The following is the change to the referenced Solicitation: Request for Grant Applications (RFGA), Section 2.2 a) 2) i), is amended to correct the requirement that eligible school buses include buses with a “bus model year of 2009 or earlier” to read “Eligible school buses include buses with an engine model year of 2009 or earlier[...]” 7/6/2023 Addendum No. 2 to the Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP), Solicitation No. 582-23-44687-VW, serves to modify how applications will be reviewed and awarded and adds an additional payment option for governmental entities.
