Organizational Change Management and Project Management Services

The Province is modernizing Alberta Registries, which includes Motor Vehicles, Land Titles, Vital Statistics Registry, Personal Property Registry and Corporate Registry, to improve service delivery to all Albertans and key stakeholders including registry agents, legal community and law enforcement. This modernization activity will include changes to systems, policies, and processes. The Province requires an experienced Contractor to support the Project by providing expertise in the areas of: • Project Management; • Organizational Change Management and Business Readiness; and • Product Release Management. The expected outcomes from the Services include: •Registry system users are adequately trained and ready to use new systems, processes and policies. •Stakeholders are aware of and understand the implementations. •Product teams, program staff and management retain the capacity to focus on core responsibilities while coordinating/meeting organizational change management and

communications priorities. •Leading practices and strategies are considered and incorporated into change implementation for internal staff and external stakeholders. •Organizational changes are adequately supported as and when needed. •Implementations of the new systems and processes are successful, widely adopted and include continuous improvement frameworks. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/24.
