Request for Bids R:2024-051 for the CBDG – Downtown Revitalization Project Del Rio, Texas Stantec Project No. 222012804 City of Del Rio The City of Del Rio is interested in obtaining bids on the CBDG- Downtown Revitalization Project. A Pre-Bid Meeting will take place at the City of Del Rio on April 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM CST at City Hall located at 109 W. Broadway St. Del Rio, TX 78840 for any vendor who is interested in visiting the locations prior to submitting the bid. Interested vendors should notify Luis Menchaca, Purchasing Agent for the City of Del Rio, their intent to attend the pre-bid meeting via e-mail at Luis.Menchaca@CityofDelRio.com. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any bid submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that

it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for bids (RFB) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFB. PRINCIPAL CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES DEMOLISHION AND INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE SIDEWALKS/ASPHALT DRIVEWAYS AND PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING INSTALLATION. Project is to be completed by August 31,2024. Broadway Del Rio, Texas 78840 until 2:00 PM on April 24, 2024 for the CBDG – DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their bid is received by the City of Del Rio City Secretary’s Office by the due date and time. Bids received after the deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The offeror shall sign and date the Bid sheets. The person signing the bid must have the authority to bind the firm in a purchase contract. Bids which are not signed and dated in this manner will be rejected.
