THE CITY OF MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-CALL CONSULTANTS FOR MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES

The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to help the City in quality control of materials for various CIP projects. The selected organizations will provide the full range of services for material testing and quality assurance for various CIP or other public works-related projects within the City. Task orders will be created under a Master Agreement and may include, but are not limited to, work within the public right-of-way, parcels, parking lots, parks, and wharves. Tasks may consist of design support, construction support, or be of a very limited nature. Each task will be based upon an agreed upon scope, schedule and fee.
