Wake Technical Community College Bid #130-WTCC9155C ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID WTCC General Education & Student Services Building I Monteith Construction is the Construction Manager for the WTCC General Education and Student Services Building I project and is seeking sealed proposals for Phase 2 for the following bid packages: General Trades, Masonry, Millwork, Metal Panels, Waterproofing/Air Barrier/Caulking, Spray Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Overhead Doors, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Terrazzo, Flooring, Tile, Paint, Toilet Accessories, Signage, Lab Equipment, Window Treatments, Solar Panels, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sitework, Landscaping, and Pavers. Phase 2 Packages will be bid to prequalified contractors only.
