Bid security must accompany each bid and must be in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00. The Contractor shall perform not less than 51% of the Work with its own forces. The NFTA’s participation goals for this procurement are: New York State certified minority owned business enterprises (“MBE”) participation is 18%. The time of completion for the project is 600 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
