PACIFIC TIME RFP Title: Water Services RFP Number: RFP 33023C GS-036 REV 02/26/18 Page 2 of 22 1.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION 1.1 The Court is seeking to enter an agreement with one vendor to provide “all Court facilities with bottom & top loading water cooler rental units, (Court designates which type of cooler are to be provided and how many per facility), bottled water (5 gallon bottles) Each machine must have a hot and cold water dispenser in each unit. 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES The JBE seeks the services of a person or entity with expertise in water services.  Vendor will supply 147 hot and cold top/bottom loading water coolers for the Court at all 9 facilities (number of locations and water coolers are subject to change).  Vendor will supply approximately 450 spring water 5

gallon bottles per month at all 9 facilities (number of water bottles are subject to change).  The Court requires water bottle deliveries every 2 weeks (number of water deliveries are subject to change).  All rental cost on water cooler machines must come w/free on-site repair or replacement when damaged or defective. (each leaking bottle will be replaced at no charge to the Court)  The Court requires 2 Account Representatives (one to function as a backup, and must be familiar with the Court’s account). The account representative will be the point of contact for the Court’s Purchasing Division. The Purchasing Division will relay all problem calls to the Court Account Representative. The end users (Court staff) will not contact the vendor for service calls.  The Court requires backup drivers for each location, (each backup will be familiar with the Court account).  All drivers and account representatives are subject to the Court Security Clearance Requirements at vendor’s expense.  Vendor will designate a location # to each Hot & Cold Coolers for tracking and billings purposes.  Vendor must supply a replacement for a non-functioning cooler within 5 days of request from the Court. If vendor is not able to meet replacement within 5 days, the Court must be notified as to the reasons of the delay and when replacement services can be provided.  Vendor to provide optional pricing for 3 gallon water bottles, and bottled water by the case as optional offered products, depending on vendor’s available services. Court wishes the option to order as needed on occasion. However the Court in requesting this option does not guarantee an order. Facility Location # of Coolers Grand Jury 111 W.
