Description BCS-4421: Water meter surveys, repair, replacement and installation of water meters in the Borough of Queens. The Contractor must either perform the survey/installation/replacement or repair work specified in each service order, or the Contractor must either DOA or refer the service order to DEP with supporting information as required for Queens.
