The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals for integration, maintenance, and support services for the Airport’s Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (“ACS”). It is the premier airport for the San Francisco Bay Area and the entire Northern California region. The ACS controls access to the sterile and secure areas of the Airport, as required by Transportation Security Regulation Part 1542. The ACS is implemented across the Airport campus and is currently comprised of approximately 295 Intelligent System Controllers and 3,525 Card Readers. This service is essential to ensure proper functionality of the ACS. The Contractor will be responsible for providing ACS maintenance, support, and integration services, including system maintenance, preventative maintenance, Lenel software upgrades, system integration and expansion services, Lenel certified parts, Lenel certified training, licensing and warranties.
