General Construction - Area Rehab - Replace Marina Docks

Work included under this contract consists of all general construction work as depicted and defined on the contract drawings and as specified in these contract specifications. Main items of work consist of but are not limited to the following: All site work to suit preparation, execution and completion, removal of existing piers/pilings, mechanical dredging, relocation of one pile restrained floating pier structure, approximately 4,450 SF, repair of existing timber deck, furnish and installation of 6 pile restrained, new floating pier structures totaling 33,420 SF, installation of water utilities, concrete sidewalk rehabilitation where disturbed and site restoration including seeding and mulching all disturbed areas in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
