This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R6023Q0015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 332312 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees.Line Item 0010 - Switchyard Steel Platforms(Quantity of 5 each)All Platforms / Parts should be manufactured and galvanized according to Drawing 296-600-60155 RD-1 Specifications - Attached to synopsis.Partial or full salvaged platforms are not acceptable.Fabricated materials shall be straight, true, and free from twists and warps.The Platforms will

be shipped in sections as identified below:Frames & Grating with Dimensions 5 feet (ft) 6 inches (in) by 4 ft by 1 ft 7 in.Ladders for platforms with Dimensions11 in by 2 ft 8 inches by 5 ft 91/2 in.Bolts, nuts, washers, and any additional hardware for installation. All Machine bolts to be furnished with two matching flat washers and one nut. Machine bolts shall meet the requirements of Society of Automotive Engineers J429- Grade 5. Machine bolt assemblies shall be coated in accordance with ASTM F1941, Standard Specification for Electrodeposited Coatings on Mechanical Fasteners, Inch and Metric FW/Zn 5A.Total price includes all applicable fees and taxes.
