*SB/MB/DVBE ONLY* HVAC Duct Cleaning Services in Sacramento County

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, travel, vehicles, and incidentals necessary for the cleaning, maintenance of operation, and restoration, of the following: HVAC ducting, exhaust ducting, registers, damper motors and linkage, duct coils, and variable air and mixing boxes at various Caltrans facilities in Sacramento County. Bidder must have, at the time of quote submittal and for the duration of the agreement, a valid, current C-20 ¿ Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State License board, for the type of work to be performed. Bidder must have a certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) on staff, certified by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA). Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with

the Department of General Services (DGS). By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 9. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E, Attachment 9. Refer to Section C, Price Quotation Requirements and Information, Section 9, Contractor¿s License, for submittal requirements. Failure of Bidder to sufficiently provide any or all the minimum qualifications, in the opinion of Caltrans, will result in the Bidder¿s bid deemed non-responsive.
