href="mailto:mmcgrath@san.org">mmcgrath@san.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from firms (“Respondent”) to provide project management and consulting services associated with the Authority’s environmental and sustainability projects at the San Diego International Airport (“Airport”). The goal of this solicitation is to retain, on an on-call basis, a Respondent who can self-perform or has the ability to source subcontractors to perform environmental and sustainability tasks for the Authority. Other Details Minimum Qualifications: 1. The following Licenses, Certifications, and Accreditations may be required to perform services pursuant to the agreement: a) California-registered Professional Engineer (PE); b) US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) in both Building Design & Construction (BD+C) and Operations and Maintenance (O+M); c) Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure Certified Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP); and d) Other relevant certifications, as determined by the project. 2. Project Manager. Respondent’s Project Manager (“PM”) shall demonstrate successful performance for work of similar size and scope as specified in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement during the past five (5) years for a governmental agency, preferably at an airport or other transportation type agency. The PM is not required to have the licenses, certifications and accreditations stated above, but the individual performing the task will be required to have the proper credentials prior to performing the requested services.
