Bids must be delivered via email, and must be received no later than the time established. Bids will not be publicly opened. The City of Raleigh is soliciting informal bids from licensed firms to remove and repave approximately 25,000 sf of deteriorated asphalt parking lot paving. The scope of work involves removal and replacement of the existing paving, miscellaneous grading, removal of unsuitable sub-grade, placement of appropriate sub-grade where necessary, and pavement markings. Bidders must provide evidence they are properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the General Statues of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
