The County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency’s (SSA) Department of Children and Family Services (DFCS) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide consultation services to the Cross Agency Service Team (CAST) in its effort to build systemwide capacity and infrastructure for a coordinated and aligned single system of support that will address multi-generational poverty and trauma and improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.

This RFP may result in a single or multiple awards. It is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of one year with an option for the County to renew for additional four years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.Description:
