Rapid Re-housing, Homelessness Prevention or Street Outreach RFP

The City of Lawrence ("the City") seeks qualified, cost effective and creative proposals to develop and operate an Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funded Program(s) for Rapid Rehousing (RRH) and/or Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) serving homeless individuals and families that are registered on the Balance of State Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System. The City will also accept proposals for a Street Outreach (SO) Program. Funding for this program was awarded to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
