Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, Suite 260, 222 Pine Avenue, Albany, Georgia, until 2:30 p.m., July 27, 2021, for asphalt parking lot paving located at 1312 Blaylock Street (Fleet Facility), in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the above-stated time and place. The scope of work is contained in the bid documents.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site on July 7, 2021, at 10 a.m. A member of Procurement and the Project Manager will provide an overview of the work to be performed and answer questions. All interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend. All attendees are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
