Other Details Proposals via PlanetBids will be received by the City of Reno until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, February 16th, 2023 for CONTRACT NUMBER F100120. Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the project consists of the rehabilitation of eight (8) streets and the replacement and relocation of select sanitary sewer mains along Talus Way, Lodestar Lane, Gypsum Road and Moraine Way. The rehabilitated streets include Talus Way, Moraine Way, Lookout Place, Tarn Way, Buckhorn Way, Lodestar Lane, and Gypsum Road.
