This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, which is expected to result in an award of a “Firm-Fixed Price” contract for a commercial item, i.e. The combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
