This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format inFAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Thisannouncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate writtensolicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Allresponsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties mayidentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combinedsynopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal AcquisitionRegulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. To be considered foraward, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes inreference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote

(RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 2 June 2023, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulationeffective 9 June 2023, and AFARS Revision 05 May 2023. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and theapplicable size standard is no more than 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is6730, Photographic Projection Equipment. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming supplies, award will be made tothe vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FARclause 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial Items for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Small Business Set-Aside: 100% Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted an email to Alex Norris and KeithTrimble at alex.norris@us.af.mil and keith.trimble.1@us.af.mil no later than the stated solicitationclosing date and time. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NOT LATER THAN the fifth workingday prior to solicitation closing. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMITQUESTIONS EARLY IN THIS PROCESS. Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the statedsolicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid forat least 60 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from thiscombined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above. Description: The 152nd Public Affairs from the Nevada Air National Guard has a requirement forCameras and Lenses as specified. The 152 Mission Support Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the production equipment. Complete the unit prices/extended amounts for all items in the table on the attached solicitaiton document. Delivery: F.O.B. Destination Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
