BACKGROUNDThe United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, Southern and Western Districts of West Virginia and Western District of Pennsylvania specifically.REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Vehicles to the General Public as a customary business practice in the Cleveland, Ohio; Columbus, Ohio; Lexington, Kentucky and Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania metropolitan areas. The vehicle services contract will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options.There are four (4) locations of Contract Performance:i) 50 road miles of the USMS Northern District of Ohio, 801 West Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113ii) 50 road miles of the USMS Southern District of Ohio, 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215iii) 50 road miles of the USMS Eastern District of Kentucky, 101 Barr St, Lexington, KY 40507iv) 50 road miles of the USMS Western District of Pennsylvania, 700 Grand St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219If you are interested in the upcoming solicitation, provide a capability statement addressing your company's ability to provide the related services.
