TeamMate Audit Management System License Renewal

The Department of Education (ED) intends to award a sole-source contract to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. for the purchase of TeamMate Audit Management software licenses for the Office of Inspector General (OIG). TeamMate is proprietary software that is only provided by the manufacturer, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc.
This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Kevin Wade at Kevin.Wade@ed.gov no later than September 15, 2020, 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.

The Department of Education  will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
