The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) awarded four (4) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under this solicitation as shown below.

Contract No. 95314321D0003 - McKool Smith A Professional Corporation
Contract No. 95414321D0004 - Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP
The types of orders that may be issued will be Firm-Fixed Price, Labor Hour, or Time-and Materials.  Hybrid blends of the Order types are feasible.  The IDIQ contracts’ ordering period will be five (5) years.   
The total maximum quantity of all supplies and services under all of the IDIQ contracts combined shall not exceed $140M over the life of the contract.  The dollar amount of orders placed on any one contract cannot be determined in advance.
