50881 Proposal to Lease Land at the Gustavus Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 5, Block 500, consisting of approximately 11,106 square feet (ADA-50881 successive lease to ADA-50452), at Gustavus Airport for five years, to expire January 1, 2026.  Applicant:  Kenneth Justin Marchbanks.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – operation and maintenance of a hangar for private aircraft storage only.  Annual rent:  $2,187.88.
