The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco VA Medical Center, Molecular Core Facility intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Becton, Dickinson, and Company, BD Biosciences, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1; for the procurement of FACS Aria Fusion flow cytometer equipment. This equipment must be compatible with the BD Aria that the San Francisco VA already has on site. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Friday, June 28, 2019 , 4:00 PM EST.
