There are two projects thru the Town of Elkin's Recreation and Parks Department seeking BIDS: 1. TOWN OF ELKIN, NC ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CRATER PARK SPRAYGROUND The Town of Elkin, NC is soliciting Proposals for Crater Park Sprayground. Each Proposer is required to submit its proposal as directed below. The Town of Elkin, NC is not bound to accept a proposal on the basis of lowest price, and further, The Town of Elkin, NC has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this RFP, and to reject any and all proposals to waive and all formalities and/or irregularities.
