The City of Davenport is issuing a bid for FY2021/2022 Manhole Rehabilitation/Replacement & CIPP Lining Program. This program rehabilitates existing sanitary sewer through the use of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners. This product has been proven to eliminate leaking joints, restores structural integrity to damaged sewer and provides increased flow capacity without the cost of excavation. In addition this program includes Manhole Rehabilitation/Replacement for manholes that are structurally deficient and allowing inflow & infiltration into the collection system. There is a significant portion of work that includes Railroad Right-of-Ways.
