New Building Automation System controls shall be provided for pool unit and integrated into existing Carrier I-Vu control system. As an add Alternate 1: Remove all existing indoor supply metal and fabric duct and associated supports and replace with new. As an add Alternate 2: Provide new dedicated boiler for pool dehumidification unit with new pump, variable frequency drive, hot water piping, hydronic piping specialties, chemical treatment, and associated building automation controls.
