B649-2 Construct New Kennel for Military Working Dogs

The work includes reconfiguring site plan to accommodate a new kennel facility and incidental related work. The new Kennel Facility contains ten (10) pens and outdoor runs, a food prep, and bath area. Site areas to be provided include a relocated obedience course and a break area for the military working dogs. Existing obedience course equipment will be reused. New water, firewater, electrical, and sewer service utilities will be provided to the new kennel building.
