Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Strategic Education Program Support 21-26 at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) Carlisle Barracks, PA.  This will replace GSA Task Order W91QF0-18-F-0005.Performance start date is 14 December 2020, and will occur at the USAWC. Telwork is not authorized for this requirement.  This requirement has a SECRET security clearance requirement.  Both Facility and Individual clearances must be a minimum of SECRET level, and must be current (inactive is acceptable). Missing or expired clearances will not be accepted.The solicitation number is W91QF0-21-Q-1001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13. This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funds under the “Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act,” which funds the government through 11 December 2020.This is a Full & Open requirement, and is NOT set-aside.
