The On-Demand Heavy Fleet Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Services Project Description :1) This RFP is open to all interested Suppliers. 2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires Suppliers capable of providing maintenance services on a variety of heavy fleet vehicles on an as required basis to supplement internal operations. The City requires Maintenance and Repair Services on a variety of heavy fleet make and model vehicles as outlined in the below schedules: • Schedule A – International Vehicles • Schedule B - Freightliner Vehicles • Schedule C – Kenworth Vehicles • Schedule D – Autocar Vehicles When required, The City will reach out to each schedules Supplier to collaborate and finalize maintenance specifications and activities prior to sending Units out to ensure accuracy of maintenance activities. 3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations 4) “The Deliverables are included in Four (4) schedules. The City intends to enter into up to four (4) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years.
