Additionally, bid alternates include the edge mill and overlay or mill and overlay to include multiple full-depth repairs of various roadway segments of Lakeline Blvd (From City Limit to Crystal Falls Pkwy), Union Street (From Crystal Falls to Washington Square Dr) and Horizon Park Blvd (From Crystal Falls to McCarthur Drive). Bid delivery can be done in person or via FedEx at above address. Bids received after the specified time or delivered to any other City’s location may be returned unopened. The OWNER’s representative opening the Bids shall establish the official cut-off time for receiving the Bids. Sealed bid should be plainly marked with Bidder’s name and address, and as follows: "City of Leander Roadway Rehabilitation FY 2023" (Do not open before: March 20, 2023 at 2 PM) Proposals will be opened publicly and bid prices read aloud by the OWNER’s representative at the same place immediately after the submittal deadline. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days and finally completed within one hundred and twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed.
