Heads Up Display (HUD) hardware and Post-Production Support (PPS) Services

This award is for purchase of the Heads-Up Display (HUD) hardware and Post-Production Support (PPS) services in support of US Army requirements. The action is a sole source requirement for the needs to procure up to 1,405 HUD units and associated services. Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204 (a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)” Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
