Auburn University seeks qualifications from qualified professionals to consult with the University facility program requirements, overall phasing plan, and the provision of basic architectural and engineering services for
Village Residence Halls- Interior Refurbishments(AU Project Number: 21-095). This project will be a phased renovation, 8 buildings in total. The scope will focus mainly on finishes and millwork replacement of the interior common spaces and suites including coordination with separate mechanical upgrades project as well. The project will use the standard AU Housing Finishes, which will be provided to the Architect of Record to include in the design documents and specifications. AU Housing intends to renovate one to three buildings per phase. The overall AU Housing Execution Plan will be shared prior to the interview
