(Corix Alaska Inc.) filed an application to acquire an indirect controlling interest in various Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) held by Doyon Utilities, LLC (DU), namely Certificate Nos. 717 (central heat), 718 (wastewater), 719 (water), 720 (electric), 721 (natural gas distribution), 722 (wastewater), 723 (water), 724 (electric), 725 (heat), 726 (electric), 727 (water), and 728 (wastewater). Docket No. U-22-092 was opened to address this matter.No motions for waiver or petitions for confidential treatment have been filed in conjunction with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the Application. If the Application is incomplete under 3 AAC 48.648, the Commission will reject the application.
