Fort Randall Project Replace Powerhouse Front Doors

The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to remove and replace powerhouse front doors at the main entrance to the lobby at Fort Randall. This work will include removal of existing metal doors and installation of new metal and glass doors that meet security and handicap accessibility requirements.Work shall include the following:1.1 Removal and disposal of existing doors, door frames, and door hardware. There are a total of 4 doors that require removal.1.2 Installation of new metal and glass door system and door hardware including electronic security systems. New door system shall be weather proof and shall meet security and handicap accessibility requirements in the plans and specs.1.3 Installation and rough wire run for a prox card reader and balanced magnetic switches, not to include the connection to the powerhouse security
