This RFP seeks an operator who can provide and install floating or fixed
docks connected to the City's Waterfront Park boardwalk (located
downtown at the Metro North Train Station) so as to operate a
water-dependent recreational program designed to provide opportunities
for people to sail, kayak, paddle-board, use a rowboat, or the like.

 
Added on Jun 4, 2018:The City will provide and install the floating docks and the ramp.  The City will provide a low-cost to no-cost entry for the Operator.  As we are more focused on creating an active use at the waterfront, the City is more focused on the Operator’s track record and insurance and capabilities rather than on any financial reward to the City per se.   The City will consider providing the Operator with a long-term Access Agreement.
