This solicitation may result in a one-year term Agreement with four (4) one-year options to extend to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s).
Bidders must bid on Line Items #1, and #2 to be considered for an award. Refer to the Description listed in each Line Item for detailed product specifications. County will not consider approved equals.
DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bid prices should account for freight and delivery as all products are to be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.
County may require no-cost samples from the successful Bidders.
Bidder has the option to submit an extended warranty plan on Line Item #3, if available. The optional extended warranty plan will not be considered in the determination of the lowest, responsive and responsible bids. Should the bid be determined as the lowest responsive and responsible, the County may opt to accept the offered extended warranty plan. The following document(s) must be submitted to the Procurement Officer within three (3) days of notification of an intent to award to the apparent successful Bidder:
