Delivery Contract (IDC) will consist of one (1) base period of 12 months, followed by four (4) additional Ordering Periods.The Government intends to solicit directly to Telephonics Corporation (CAGE: 64694) for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government, or as a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation.
