St. Louis County Department of Public Works requests a statement of qualifications (SOQ) for structural engineering services necessary to provide a limited condition survey of the post-tensioned concrete courts garage with repair bid documents.
The selected firm will provide concrete repair bid documents for two deteriored conventionally reinforced concrete beams within air shafts and one deteriorated exterior concrete column at the courts building. Additional repairs may be included as determined by the limited condition survey.
