01/13/2022: The draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) has been added and procurement dates have been updated.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) anticipates requesting approval from its Board of Directors (Board) at its January 19, 2022, meeting to release a procurement for Program Delivery Support services.

A draft RFQ is provided publicly for all potential participants. The contract resulting from this procurement will require compliance with the Authority¿s Small Business Program.

The draft RFQ is subject to change and approval from the Board.

This announcement does not constitute a release of an RFQ or an invitation to bid. Be advised the draft RFQ or its approval, if granted by the Board of Directors, is not a release of the final RFQ.

Scope of Work file date has been corrected to 12/22/2021.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority anticipates to request approval from its Board of Directors to release a procurement for Program Delivery Support in January 2022.

A draft Scope of Work is provided publicly for potential participants to consider teaming opportunities. This contract will require compliance with the California High-Speed Rail Authority Small Business Program. The draft Scope of Work is subject to change.

The approximate Program Delivery Support contract procurement timeline is as follows:
January 2022: Board of Directors consideration for approval to release Request for Qualifications
February 2022: Pre-Bid meetings / Small Business outreach
April 2022: Statements of Qualifications due
July 2022: Board of Directors vote to approve contract award
July 2022: Notice to Proceed
