Pre-Bid Meeting: A MANDATORY conference will be held on site at 10:00 AM, October 17, 2019 at the District Okeechobee Field Station, 1000 NE 40th Avenue, Okeechobee, FL 34972.
Project Description: The Project consists of the following: The design and construction of a new Okeechobee Field Station (OFS), Okeechobee Service Center (OSC), and offices for Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's South Region Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program (FWC-SNAP). The new facility will be constructed on approximately 30 acres of District owned parcel located in Section 33, Township 36, Range 35. The parcel is known as Grassy Island Ranch and is located on the northwest corner of US Highway 441 and N.W.
