Distribution Options None Distribution Method Download and Mail Distributed By DemandStar Distribution Notes None Scope of Work The City of Westminster desires for the consultant to develop a data integration to synchronize CIS Service Orders & Cityworks Work Orders via application API’s in near real time. The desired architecture is REST API on both sides of the data integration. The City desires the data integration to have robust audit logging, error logging and notifications. The City also desires the ability to receive reports on this
information. The City desires to own the data integration upon completion including source code and all other materials necessary for the maintenance of the application. The City also desires the consultant to provide documentation, technical specifications and training to the City’s IT department to successfully maintain the data integration.

The triggers for this interface will be associated with an event originating in CIS Infinity or in Cityworks. The event trigger in CIS Infinity will be the creation or cancellation of a Service Order. The event trigger in Cityworks will be the completion of a Work Order/Inspection/Observation that is associated with the Service order created in CIS Infinity. In some instances, Cityworks could be the originator of an event to pass data to CIS Infinity. Regardless of origination, the event will pass utility account data & meter data between the applications.

Uses cases have been identified for potential Service Order types triggered from CIS Infinity and corresponding Work Orders in Cityworks. The city expects the consultant to host an in depth discovery session to document all potential events and associated utility account and meter data to be transferred via the data integration.
