Crow Service Unit Pest Control Services

1. BACKGROUND/PURPOSEPest Control Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The CSU is a 24-bed health facility with 2 satellite clinics serving the Crow Reservation in South Central Montana. Pest Control Services are required to ensure the prevention/treatment of Rodents, Insects, and other Vermin.2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/SUPPLIES:The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associated with the pest control services in the treatment/prevention of Rodents, Insects, and other Vermin. The approach should use targeted (i.e., effective, environmentally sound) methods including habitat/facility modification, biological/genetic/cultural control, mechanical/physical control, and where necessary, the judicious use of least hazardous pesticides required herein to ensure fully adequate performance and support. Such management includes, but is not limited to planning, scheduling, warranty enforcement, and quality control. The Contractor shall provide an adequate staff of personnel with the necessary management expertise to assure the performance of the required work.Details are listed in the attached
